I would not be surprised if a large customer offers us a significant prepayment to assist with construction costs in exchange for an offtake and the sale to them of a stake in TLG, say 5 or 10%.
I think MT will look for something along those lines. You can bet some of the EU auto suppliers/makers will want to stitch long term local supply.
This sort of thing happens in Lithium stocks - or used to. Minimises dilution.
