Incorrect.
The company in the first instance proposes the release to the ASX. The ASX then decides whether it warrants review by their market intelligence team and either release it or query the company on the point/s they have an issue with. And so on..
I've never seen an investor presentation rejected for release by ASX.
This should be released via ASX to maintain a normal market. End of story.
The problem here is that the company hasn't even taken the first step in proposing it to ASX.
