Two things happening here.
1. They have a very high grade gold mine with 233,000 ozs of gold with possibility of expansion. The gold can be put through the mill they have on C&M at Angas Zinc mine. So for negligible money they can start gold mining and producing.
They are drilling at the moment for planning the mine etc. where will the entrance be etc. Then they will get permits to mine.
2. The directors have decided to take a pay cut and get paid in shares which is decided on in June and will be based on the trading leading up to it. So its very much in their interests to keep the share price low for as long as possible. Once they are issued shares you will see a massive run imo.
