SPL have never in an approved country run any sort of "trial" with employer groups be that airlines, aged care , nursing , university , oil and gas platforms etc etc . An employer could have provided real life circumstances and would have decided if economic or not etc etc Time lost to covid etc in many industries has been significant . Doesn't take a rocket scientist to think of business that may participate and some have perfect isolation moats around remote projects etc and already have onsite health testing requirements due to cost of deployment.Pretty hard to go to groups when they have spent years IMO avoiding getting formal trials complete and were butting heads over claims with authorities.
