Apparently I am just a store man and have no idea !!!!! I must be a really luck guess more so able to do it in timeframes - amazing how "lucky " I am and so glad it has nothing to do with basic research and understanding of process. CE has a massive problem going forward unless there is something to generate cash as usually with a new CEO trash is thrown out and shareprice declines enough to get instos interested but when they only see a soft "tossing of the trash" and subsequent soft agreements there is no incentive to invest and may as well watch other peoples $ erode until there is a significant announcement they can trade off or gain discounted issue entry. There is no missing the boat as it is firmly tied to wharf and is leaking time and cash. So much outgoing it won't even rise with general tide as out of all index territory.
