Not sure about ramping and down ramping i think everyone is rightly frustrated that this share has been sitting close to half its last capital raising. With nothing solid coming just alot of empty promises targets on the whole have not been achieved. I feel alot of people feel burnt by managements relax attitude to getting these projects
