I'd say the only party that genuinely won was the lawyers (though delay to the sames process by NXT might be considered a win) - NXT backs down and allows AJD access just before the case goes to court and as a result the judge doesn't make any judgement on the grounds there is no longer a dispute - until next time which will be another case.
