I beleive when a company(ie NS) reach a certain % stake in another entity (ie AIM) they are required to "declare their intentions towards them ie if they intend to remain a"passive shareholder",seek seats on the board or move to a full takeover situation?.
Can anyone concur with these statements or shoot them down in flames?.
