It would have to be a completely different design if you were talking about Motorcycles. Wearing something in your ear with a helmet on pushes on them quite hard. The Sena works by using two rather flat speakers sitting behind the helmets padding.

Currently use the Sena 10c and it's quite good. I could see the IQBuds being great for cyclists but I dont' think this current product would muscle in on motorbike helmets at all for communication. It would be purely for music for those that dont' want to spend $300 on a headset.

Having commuted to work on my push bike for a few years with just regular ear buds, the IQBuds would be amazing to give a bit more awareness of the road around. I could kind of sense cars from the low bass rumble approaching but you still missed some occasionally. IQBuds would most likely solve that.
