In terms of team capabilities, technical and operational expertise is the most important thing, followed by strong shareholders (assuming a highly prospective resource). These are key strengths for POD. But it’s not enough if you want to build a multi-billion cap mining company.

Communications are important. Press releases and presentations need careful drafting. Presentation training makes a difference.
