Professional Indemnity Insurance doesn't protect unlawful conduct.
I don't know if this has happened but a legal action against the company directors and discovery will likely unravel severe breaches of director fiduciary duties.
If TC isn't punted quick there will be action.
Also MR most likely needs to go as well as he thinks TC was just managing his risk.

The directors of this company are not fit for any public company directorship.
The AEM director failed as well, TC well goes without saying, Reveley sold as well with his mate and Chiltcot dumps a day after receiving his shares
If they had put an update out hosing down their imminent mega bullish statements prior to dumping their shares they would be safe
But they are not safe from legal action
