If the deal is not done and falls in a heap, panic would set in and everyone would cash out to get what they could wouldn't they.???
Where would that leave the noteholders to lay off their 245m shares they hold. ???? They wouldn't possibly be able to dispose of them all , the SP would drop that quick.
