I think the logjam is as follows:

• Independent technical study is needed before debt finance can be approved.
• Availability of debt finance must be established before NAIF will be considered.
• Until the availability of debt finance and NAIF funding is confirmed, it's impossible to make decisions around offtakes.

It's not really a communication issue (although Simon *is* a very poor communicator), or Simon being lazy (notwithstanding the fact this is definitely not a fulltime job for him at the moment), the project lifecycle has simply not been well planned. There are huge gaps (a year!) between significant news flow. There is no story for him to sell.
