That will tell you absolutely zero apart from the board member telling you blah blah excellent plan blah blah moving forward blah blah billion dollar company blah blah.....and why wouldn't they? This gets up they transfer money and opportunity (not to mention almost complete control of OBJ) from your pocket to theirs.

Private phone calls to OBJ & the supposed info therein is worthless....absolutely worthless. Unless information is by official company release or ASX notification or at AGM it's propaganda, obfuscation or complete rubbish.

This is a major issue with the proposed deal - not enough official information & a lot of misinformation that is leading people to believe there is no other way forward. We are being played by our board here.
