I don't have a problem with this as long as everyone is working hard for the benefit of shareholders. I have been to the a couple of AGM's and met The whole clan and seems they all put in a fair amount of work.

I have had my doubts they can deliver, but remain optimistic. I will give it another six months, as it would seem intended timeframes were unrealistic! If still no good I will put whatevers left of my money elsewhere.
