Fred, If you have a look at my earlier posts on ciy you will see what I think ciy will be worth in say a year. Maybe more than $5 if my assumptions are correct. On the subject of a cpk dividend, the martha cove project will return cpk about $100m over the next 3 years after tax. Assume that 50% of this will be paid in dividends and that all the options are exercised you get a total dividend of $1.80 over the next 3 years and cpk retains $50m for another project etc. Remember they only needed about $7m for their stake in this project. I can't comment on the yearly breakdown of the dividend as cash flow can be lumpy for developments. Juke, Could you please elaborate what this ION report said. cheers
