The cost to treat MPS in all its forms can easily be $100k.
It is an orphan indication; on patent and in licensed through Mt Sinai in NY.
The dosage and frequency is much higher - weekly injections it seems.
PPS in previous studies has been shown to reduce the cell wastage forming in joints. It may prevent skeletal deformation, mental retardation and alleviate human suffering for these unlucky humans.
They can charge whatever the truck they like imo.
