Are we seeing the first stage of a firming in share price after a pretty grim past few months?

Watching the BAR buy and sell orders, there has been a bit of a pattern of late, where there is a largish sell order that hovers at or just above where the price is trading, but it seems to disappear when the buy orders get remotely bullish. then there are substantial buy orders just below the trading price. This can be a tactic of someone who is keen to accumulate over time when the price is near rock bottom, without pushing the price up. Anyone wanting to sell has to go a notch lower than the big sell order, so the player gets to accumulate at a lower price. The price can be held artificially low for some time if there is nothing interesting happening with announcements or progress, leading to side wise chart pattern for weeks or months, trading within a narrow band. When it breaks, it is often sharply up given the price has been held artificially low.

This also seems to be happening over at CNJ and as we know, the two are usually dancing to same tune

So, if CNJ raises enough capital to put the market's worries about its capacity to fund its share of JV costs, will its price recover from its very low current point - and take BAR with it? Some in the market may have a fair idea of the answer. If so, expect the 4M sell order at CNJ to disappear without being sold before the result of their capital raise becomes public and for the CNJ and then the BAR price to recover a little. I am guessing that's why the capping sell order just above the action has disappeared. Only a guess, but the next few days will tell.
