Give him a break Paddie, I understand him to be commenting on the depth of buy orders which suddenly demonstrates an increased propensity for people to invest in RMG even though it's been dormant since just about the dawn of time.
I'm sure his investment philosophy is a smidgen more refined than that which you attribute to him.
