Im old school in my calculations methods.
I have 4 ratings that I use:
1) Dog
2) Yeah its fairly valued
3) I think this is a bargain, might research more.
4) Life changer!
I started at rating 3 and will hit rating 4 if expected positive announcements eventuate.
If not we drop to rating 2 before hitting rating 1 on selling.
