Negative. They went down an additional step by request an Enviro impact scoping assessment (or something to that effect) - basically they presented 3 or 4 options for the shaft and its location and sought guidance from the Junta on the preffered option prior to then providing a full EIS - this was the document that had a 90 day turn around from submission, i think there was confusion from investors hoping to have an ANN from INF on ther recpet of the document. I dont think INF intended to provide info on the feedback hence no update as this would have been back in Feb/early March from memory.

I think taking the additional step although painful for us will provide a beter outcome and shows the Junta we really are walking the talk.
