European Union is finally waking up to the fact that they are likely to get squeezed out of the critical materials market by being a latecomer. This may help to put pressure on countries within EU who are acting slowly in approving mines and processing plants. It took Talga 10 years to get their plant/mine up and running and is the only graphite mine in Europe. So Spain may be about to get pressure to speed up the approval process for proposed mines.
