They put in Twitter screenshot of the paper saying that Envision made a press note explaining there is no connection between them. Search just after 2022-06-09.

I have read many things in their tweets that are not here. They even have a video in english for investors explaining legal issues (I'm not sure if it was posted here).

If you want to trust fully mining companies, it's your choice. Mine is to check both sides. I may stumble once over a stone, but I will try to ensure it doesn't happen again.
