As I said before and some other users of this forum suggested, I don't trust INF and I don't like this kind of behavior.
Today's newspaper:
"Es una localización que está en suelo no urbanizable protegido por el plan de urbanismo en vigor, no se autorizan usos industriales, por lo que se necesitaría cambiar antes el plan" --> No industrial uses allowed.
But yesterday I have read the opposite from ENE (I haven't read the ASX announcement yet):
"El terreno objeto de este acuerdo ya está calificado como «industrial» "
