most likely case going forward is inf obtains the 25% for $5m euro from who ever the other equity partner is taking inf to 100% ownership.
from there they would sell 25% equity stake to highest bidder and with an npv of 3bn ish aussie i think it was, you would sell the 25% for $750m aud.
not sure why you would think we would only get such low ball equity of 50/100m$?
remembering vulcan has just had eu funding of $800 and aus critical minerals financing of $200m.
i think inf are in the sights for both so at the end of the day they will need to partner with a chemicals manufacturer and there are plenty in europe.
