Apologies all, I recorded the 25 minute presentation, but without sound !

Ryan gave a 8-9 slide project update with a select number of slides from last weeks Underground Scoping Study announcement.

Ryan & Lucas then talked & answered questions regarding the background / reasoning for the project shift, current discussions with government in Spain, their recent visit a few months ago, where offtake + project finance is sitting & what is in store next.

As Ryan said, if you read the update last week there wasn't anything juicy or out of the ordinary. Was good to hear the underground option addressed some of the comments from the Regional Government i.e More Jobs, Longer Project Life, Reduce Environmental Impact etc. Another key point was that Infinity could be producing both Carbonate & Hydroxide to meet current customer demand that are under negotiation.

Near term drivers or focus for the Company:
- Complete Final Testwork with Dorfner Anzaplan in Germany
- Binding Offtake discussions continuing, likely to occur after test work complete & bulk samples sent out
- Submit Approval Applications for Underground Project once current court case resolved, the outcome doesn't overly matter anymore, given scope & impacts have changed
- Targeting a FID in just over 12 months if everything lines up over the coming year
