The companies Tenure rights to the resource are covered by the PIAV which remains in force today (Larger Polygon Below)
The smaller little rectangle below is the PIV which was cancelled last year (Open Cut Mining Area)
Infinity would need to submit a new investigation permit for a potentially smaller rectangle which would cover a program of works and project proposal for an underground only mining option
