I don't have much to add here, but thanks to Bombersmad, Ryansull and Retire50 for the updates, which have been very encouraging.

So, where does all this leave INF and how will the Company proceed? Sounds like the most beneficial course of action would be to drop the legal action and go all-out on the underground project. Of course, the paranoid cynic in me wonders whether Salya would encourage INF to do this, then reject the new proposal and effectively shut the whole thing down.

Election year next year... I can see a headache for Salaya either way.
