Cheers for that, Well this should save a lot of time wasted in the courts awaiting decisions and then appeals if the process can be sorted out by the lawyers so that essentially Infinity can remove the open cut application and then submit the underground proposal. Or submit the underground proposal then remove the open cut. I think action should result in a weakening of the sell side and a strengthening in the buy side.....Bring it on!
