    I think just covering all bases. They will already have both announcements written up. If the courts grant to the PIV they will submit and have the announcement written for the indirect method. If the PIV is not granted and they will submit applications through the direct method And also have those announcements and explanations ready to go.
    either way at an 80mil MC it is definitely a buy.
