After my (admittedly cursory) reading of the above, all I can say is that I'm utterly confused and not all that hopeful now that the project will proceed. If the local Council has been deemed the competent authority and the project would contravene the town planning laws in any form it takes, how can there be any chance of success?

I hope INF has some undisclosed contingency plan to pivot away from Valdeflores, as, correct me if I'm wrong, this all looks quite discouraging.

For my part, I would be hapoy to be wrong about it all... maybe it's just the Xmas Blues so many of us Retail workers suffer every year.
