Could be a conflict of interest being a director of a competitor. I don’t recall the INF CEO disclosing this position previously?
I don’t think it’s an escape hatch. Remy wouldn’t have purchased 1m shares recently if that was the case. Probably can’t believe his luck with how retail keyboard warriors dump shares and can’t see the big picture.
the response to the initial document should be due any day now. Then there will be and updated NPV released to the market to remind everyone that this could be generating serious $. Should be positive for the share price as long as the environment requirements aren’t to onerous.
