The 661.4Mt of Cinovec's Mineral Resource offers next to zero economic benefit, because the company does not plan to mine it at this stage of the project. By this stage of the project i refer you to the current PFS stage. This of may or may not be updated during the proposed 2021 DFS, but i guess we will wait and see if the company can demonstrate a reserve greater than 34.5Mt.

And yes, any Mineral Resources that are not included in Ore Reserve calculations offer next to zero economic benefit to a company or it's shareholders IMO.

Or you could take the word of EMH "Mineral Resources are not reserves until they have demonstrated economic viability based on a DFS or PFS".
