It seemed to me that politicians above local government have been putting pressure to greenlight these types of projects since the war began. Just waiting on the response of the local government to the initial documents for the Exploitation application for the underground mine. Everything mining related moves SOOOO slow in Spain.

It's a bit confusing. The local opposition seem to insinuate that even the underground mine cannot access the current deposit. Mainly because the permit for that location is only a study permit and no extraction open or underground. Recent INF extraction permit is outside this area. I am still confused.
