Sodhim, I understand how frustrating it is when one gets and enquiry fobbed off, but an email is a small but effective way to communicate our dissapointment and if only one or two send one, then it hardly has the same response than if we all send one.

I'd even say phone them because I'm about to do this, but I'd say by the lack of enthusiasm to send one tiny email then I can't imagine too many with such a fear or aversion to want to pick the phone and question them.
