I don't know. In current environment it is not difficult to destabilise the share price. Few buyers until court case finalised. Fear reigns. Small amounts of selling can drop the price significantly (down 18% today so far on $14K of sales-go figure..).
So it is relatively easy for a player to push SP down and as we know there are players out there who might want to do just that.
Getting harder for management to justify Director fees/salaries of ~$1.5m p.a.on a company valuation of ~$12m. A quick result really is needed. Further delays will play into opposition hands and don't they know it.
