I agree mahanga, why hasn't management at least told shareholders what the program is with the hearing.

Here's a question for anyone with trading rules knowledge.

Do insider trading rules apply to the likes of Scott Jordan?

Is there anything to stop an a**h*le such as he from undertaking sustained vexatious (love that word I adopted from one of you here) action against a company with a publicly stated objective of destroying shareholder value then when he feels the time is right (say now) from buying up a parcel of stock and then dropping the action with the expectation that the SP would then 'rally'.
