If OZL goes into admin, I'm not sure what to expect regarding prices - though I'm quite sure it'll be more than zero. Assuming the GG/Martabe goes through, that leaves US$900m in debt - I seriously doubt the rest of the company would only fetch this amount. PH alone should sell for significantly more than this, but say it went real cheap in admin, I expect would still come close to covering this amount. PH is set to make over US$100m/year at current (depressed) prices, do you really think it will sell for US$400-500m?
