partly agree with your comments It would be cleaner if the project was 100% owned . ADN are or have stated they are responsible for any Finance /debt ..which witha 3year payback should not be hard to source.

MEP found the great white region … found James Marsh then farmed in the best company to bring the great white project to fruition ,this is the point MEP earns its fair share and rightly so .ADN shareholders should not be surprised by this ( as MEP have not painted themselves into a corner ) but have brought the great white project to this point ( well managed) as a holder of both parties this is where MEP hands over the remaining 25% and get rightly rewarded .
This is not ADN v MEP this is where the explorer bows out and is rewarded ADN goes forward to production.
As a holder of both these are exciting times
