FROM DAY 1 this has been an HPA, Ceramics and NNT play for Mep.
And im going out on a limb here and will speculate that
Melissa Holzberger who specialises in resources law (amongst other things) could possibly be appointed to oversee the upcoming environmental mining plan submission?
