I personally do not think that MEP want to fork out for their share of the JV so a buyout or share issue is in the making, ADN should hold out for the best deal for us, we hold all the cards. From the MEP shareholders I would imagine that they would not want a heavily discounted CR at this stage, because even at 25% it is going to be a lot of cash required.
