The issue is what if she gets her 20% fill before the offer is pulled (hence her panic and frenzy buying). someone like Gina with 20% holding isn't worried by the share price - they're not there for a quick trade - she'll get her value one day either as a 100% owner or through dividends, short term fluctuation won't bother her if she controls the asset.
