The board rejected multiple offers at the low to mid $2 range, why would they accept less than this when they will be so close to production?
The shareholder register will also be full of LTH who didn’t sell at $3 (i.e. people who aren’t going to accept an offer lower than $3) and people who bought at $3 (i.e. people who don’t want to lock in a loss).
