You can't convert them anyway as you don't know which registry is holding them. Lets hope they keep you informed. Some registries will also broker for you. The only issue is how then money comes back eg. interntional cheque or transfers cost money so you would want someone like comsec who has low fees and an easy process. The truth is its easier to sell and buy back for most. Plus you can take your loss without washing.
