All the "Potential" in the world is worth exactly 6.8c per share. Without someone to convert that potential into reality thats all we'll ever be worth. Sometimes shareholder greed can be just as damaging as greed from the Board. Ive seen lots of incentive packages structured over the years, this is IMO fair and reasonable. Start making ridiculous performance hurdles of $1 etc and Bouris would walk, I know I would.
