I think if the stock is trading at $1 youre not going to care if Bouris paid 50c or 12c to ex his options. Bouris is on board to take the company to the next level. A sp over 12c IS the next level. The better deal he brokers, the more daylight he will see between the sp and the 12c ex price of his options.
But each to their own.
