Not sure i agree with this link made by "analysts":

"The appointment of a former investment banker suggested the company could be broken up and sold, analysts said."

The only reason they were appointed was because it was neccessary as a result of the MBO talk, not definitive enough to link to a break-up and sale of the company.

Also:

"The company has not disclosed the price of the management buyout offer."

I thought it was still being prepared and numbers were yet to be discussed?

Oh well, still a bit of publicity about the excessive discount to NTA and positive outcomes even assuming the worst i.e. liquidation.
