I've averaged in at 3.95 as it seems to be coming of a T Bottom. Like the fact WPL and STO are still trading much higher in their range compared with ORG.
I like to buy a stock that is close to the bottom of its range when I think it has turned around.
If it falls further I average down and then buy more once we get an ABC pattern.
Generally- not always- works well for me anyway.
