Nasdaq was down overall so not as concerned with the red. Uncle Keith has assesed that we should see little short term movement in sp (see other thread for link) , and for once it appears asx may be leading nasdaq sp lower rather than nasdaq leading. With US down overnight expect overall sentiment to be negative on asx today, so SP may go lower, but also could hold up against this once shareholders realise the longer term benefits of the deal.Will watch with interest.
