Shering-Plough (now Merck) have Pleconaril rights for USA and Canada after it failed Phase III oral trials. Sanofi have ROW.

It is listed as back at Phase II in an inhaled form in the hope that it has less adverse side-effects than the oral form.

However, further info is difficult to find (I read somewhere that it had completed Phase II), but with the lack of any info on what should be a very high profile treatment, I wonder whether they are struggling...

...or indeed whether they have been in discussions with Biota...
